Delivery And Service

At Zuefolk, we focus on product quality, great service and a speedy delivery. Our manufacturer is a one-stop production facility, dispatching products within 48- 72 hours of receiving the order. Production times vary according to the product. Delivery times are based on the production time and shipping time combined, which can be between 5-10 business days. Zuefolk does not count weekends or public holidays as production days.

Delivery

Zuefolk uses Australia Post Service as our default delivery option. However, when the parcel is shipped to you directly from our manufacturer, they will make use of FedEx, DHL and TNT. These services include tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 5 days, or as long as 10 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, and it may be necessary for Zuefolk to charge an additional fee. In such a case we would call to discuss the payment before a charge is incurred.
