Made to Order, Worth the Wait

All Zuefolk Home pieces are handmade to order. This allows us to focus on quality, minimise excess production and create pieces designed to last.

Production Timeframes

As each piece is handmade to order, most items are handcrafted and shipped within 3 to 4 business days of ordering. Some items, such as the Ottomans and Lampshades, may take slightly longer, and estimated handcraft timeframes are noted on each product page.

Shipping Within Australia

Once your order is complete, it is carefully packaged and dispatched using a trusted courier service. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way, with delivery typically taking a further 3 to 10 business days once shipped. Most products ship with free standard shipping, though some larger pack sizes may incur a standard shipping cost, which is noted on the relevant product page.

International Shipping

At the moment, international shipping is available upon request and limited to the UK, since this is where the products are made. If you're outside Australia and the UK, get in touch to check if we can accommodate your order.

A Note on Handmade Pieces

As each item is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, pattern placement or finish may occur. These variations are not considered faults, but rather a reflection of the handmade process and the individuality of each piece.

Every piece is printed using independently certified inks at our single production facility, supporting a socially responsible and sustainable approach to homewares.
